Hello, I’m Davina Schonle, founder of Humanvantage AI - a company on a mission to ensure humans don’t just survive but thrive in our AI-powered future.

My journey here has been anything but conventional. I began in the public sector, taught conversational English to Tibetan monks in India, and returned to corporate life to lead commercial teams and turn around a private equity-backed business division. I've negotiated multi-million pounds global deals, advised SaaS and startups post-investment, and supported hundreds of small business owners to break into corporate markets and scale.

No matter the sector...tech, medical diagnostics, services, or consulting, the same pattern emerged: people are the biggest lever for growth, yet building human skills is the hardest thing to scale or measure. That insight led me to create Humanvantage AI.

Today, I work at the intersection of technology and human potential building tools that empower people to work with AI, not against it.

In 2025, I accidentally sparked a global conversation about inclusion in tech after being refused entry to London Tech Week for bringing my baby daughter. My story, featured in The Times, Independent, Guardian and BBC resonated with thousands of parents and entrepreneurs who refuse to choose between ambition and family. I’m proud to be building a tech company while raising a daughter and I'm more committed to designing an inclusive future.

The future belongs to those who can harness AI while amplifying their humanity. Let's build that future together.
